From a first introduction to teaching others. Explore the level that meets you where you are.

My courses follow the Usui tradition and the ICRT guidelines and handbooks. Available online and in person. Reiki I and II can also be taken together.

Level 1Begin your practice

Receive your first Reiki Placement and learn to give Reiki to yourself and others.

1 day · approximately 4–5 hours · No previous Reiki training needed.

  • Reiki history, lineage and the five Reiki principles
  • Hand positions, intuition, breath and gaze; chakras and the aura
  • Ethics, self-practice and giving a session
  • Practice giving and receiving Reiki; certificate on completion

Explore three Reiki symbols, focused intentions and distance Reiki.

2 days · approximately 4–5 hours each day · After Reiki I; you can continue directly or combine both levels.

  • Cleansing, energising and protecting spaces and objects; emotional themes and the subconscious
  • Preparing professional sessions and developing your practice; certificate on completion

Holy Fire® III MasterLearn to teach Reiki

Work with the Usui Master and Holy Fire symbols, and learn to guide others.

Karuna means compassionate action. Explore eight Karuna Reiki® symbols and a deeper personal practice.

What is Reiki?

Rei means universal or spiritual, and Ki means life energy. In this Japanese practice, Reiki is offered through the hands, resting on or held above the body, as a quiet space for relaxation and connection.

Distance Reiki

Receive a session wherever you are. We can agree on an intention beforehand; during the session you can sit or lie comfortably at home. Distance sessions also offer an option for people with limited mobility.

Your session

Each session includes one hour of Reiki, an introductory conversation and an optional conversation afterwards to reflect on your experience. Afterwards, drink water and allow yourself a relaxed remainder of the day.

Holy Fire® III Reiki Master · Karuna Reiki® Master

I teach Holy Fire® III Reiki and Karuna Reiki®, online and in person. I see Reiki as a source of deep relaxation and support for healing — including for physical, emotional and mental issues that can feel hard to reach. It is a practice you can return to throughout your life.

I completed Reiki I and II with Nanda at the GN Meditation Center in Pokhara, Nepal, and my Holy Fire® III Master training with William Lee Rand in Glastonbury. I trained as a Karuna Reiki® Master with Zoë Martlew. My teaching follows the guidelines and handbooks of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT).
